Dasein is always already attuned, even when nothing “emotional” seems to be happening. In everyday busyness the mood is the unnoticed one: a workshop-world in which things show up as equipment, each this-in-order-to-that, already interpreted by “one” (das Man). The room is not first a pile of objects plus a feeling. It is a place of concern.
